The word Pella has been leveraged in history as a name for the capital of ancient Macedonia which was the birthplace of Alexander the Great, one of the largest manufacturers of windows and doors in the world, and is also translated as the marvel of god in the Hebrew language. When combined with the word data the goal was to provide the reader with insight into the vision of what the company DataPella would provide.
