Paul has over 17 years of experience as a Senior Executive and has held positions as Director, Vice President, and CEO with both public and private organizations. Paul is a graduate from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, holding an MBA, an MS in Program and Project Management, BS in Human Resource Management, and is a Doctoral Candidate in Law and Policy. In addition, he is a PMP, SAP Certified Associate, MCITP 2007/2010/2013, Cost Controls Technician, and a graduate of the Dale Carnegie School of Leadership.

His role as an advisor with Altoros is to provide strategic insight to what global organizations are requiring in the realm of cloud computing, data management, and enterprise solutions. In addition, he leverages is vast network of global executives to assist with progressing the ground breaking solutions being offered by Altoros.
